1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions apply to all services and agreements between ReachOut Media ("we", "us") and our partners ("you", "your").

2. Services

ReachOut Media provides affiliate marketing services, including but not limited to:

• Affiliate marketing partnerships
• Website development and optimization
• SEO and Meta Ads management
• Data analytics and reporting

3. Commission and Payment

Commission rates are individually agreed upon and recorded in a written agreement. Payments are made according to the agreed terms.

4. Responsibilities

ReachOut Media commits to:

• Providing professional services
• Providing transparent reporting
• Treating confidential information confidentially

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to materials developed by ReachOut Media remain the property of ReachOut Media, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Liability

ReachOut Media is not liable for indirect damage or consequential damage, unless this results from intent or willful recklessness.

7. Termination

Both parties may terminate the agreement with a notice period of 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
